Registration Information

This form will allow you to register one or more people for the events listed above, including these types:

Registrants who are OSEA members

Registrants who are not OSEA members

Registrants with a Discount Code

Gold Badge registrants who wish to register for both Community Power 2010 & APPrO 2010 conferences and receive a discount

Group discounts – a 20% discount is automatically calculated for Full and Basic Delegate registrants of 5 or more individuals from the same organization. Note: registrations using a Discount Code do not qualify for group discounts – group registrations must be completed at the same time.

Note - Two individuals from the same organization, where one wishes to register for Community Power 2010 and the other wishes to attend APPrO 2010, can receive a discount of 15% on paired conference badges by downloading this form.

Payment Options

Once you complete the registration information, you can choose from two payment options:

Pay by credit card: you will be taken to a secure online payment page where you can pay by VISA, Mastercard or Amex
Pay by cheque: send a cheque for the full amount to Ontario Sustainable Energy Association, 156 Front Street, Suite 201, Toronto, ON M5J 2L6 - please write your registration Order ID on your cheque
